ABOUT ME

I focus on accompanying my clients through organisational and personal transitions with tailored interventions. I worked as leadership advisor to C-Suite executives with EgonZehnder across industries and countries.

 

Earlier, I was a marketing leader for more than 12 years with Procter & Gamble and Coty. ​​​My comprehensive understanding of change - in bsuiness and personal context - ensures I can effectively support my clients in transforming times. 

 

Fluent in German, English, Spanish, French my outlook was additionally shaped by my time as a girl scout leader and as a (working) mom of two boys.

I was born and raised in Switzerland but my career, travels, and private life have equipped me with an international outlook. I hold a Master's Degeree from the University of St. Gallen in Strategy and International Management and graduate from INSEAD's Executive Master in Change in Autumn 2024.
